WAIT ON ME

SCRIPTURE FOR MEDITATION
Proverbs 27:18b
…so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured.

PRACTICING THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF GOD’S PRESENCE
Wait, according to Strong’s Hebrew Dictionary, is from the word “shamar” which means- to attend to.

To wait on a master is to abide in the presence of the master, seeking to satisfy his needs. It is just like a waiter in the restaurant will stand patiently by the guest to know how he can make the guest comfortable. The waiter does not care about his own discomforts, but seeks to take care of the discomforts of the guest that he is serving. Even when the guest asks the waiter to give him some time to decide on what he wants, the waiter will remain conscious of the presence of the guest, so that he can respond as soon as the guest wants his attention.

You cannot wait on someone effectively if you are not conscious of the presence of that person.

Consciousness of God’s presence is the gate to intimacy. You cannot have access to intimacy without it. As valuable as intimacy is, it is not possible without the consciousness of God’s presence. The character of God, His goodness, and His provision is accessed by consciousness of His presence.

Anyone that attends to God as His Master will gain honour. This is from the word kabad kabed- which suggests among other definitions:

(1) To be made rich- poverty will expire
(2) To be glorified
(3) To be made great
(4) To be promoted
(5) To add value to.

All of the above will happen to a man who practices consciousness that leads to a glorious intimacy section. Those that practice consciousness of God’s presence which graduates to the practice of intimacy with Him will be honoured. When King Ahasuerus honoured Mordecai, his status changed. If an earthly king can change a person’s status by honouring him, how much more the Most High God? As you practice His consciousness daily, He will lift you far above your dreams and imaginations.

WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST
Meditating on your personality in Christ helps you to live a holy life. If you know that your body is God’s temple, you will not abuse it. (1Cor 6:19- What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?)
Meditate on this and give God thanks.

I have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places.
Eph. 1:3- Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE INSTRUCTOR AND DIRECTOR. He will ensure that you have access to godly instruction and divine direction. Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot (Acts 8:29)

THE CHRIST GENERATION

A PROPHET HEARS
You may not be able to hear what God is saying concerning everybody, but you should be able to hear God for yourself. As a child of God, you shouldn’t be running from Prophet to Prophet, seeking direction; you have full right to hear your Father directly.

Everything in life responds to what God said. God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6).

When the glorious voice of God is heard, we have direction. Victory over life’s battles and challenges comes from hearing the voice of the Lord. When enquiry is made, and His glorious voice gives direction, then you will not weary yourself in labour and struggle with the enemy.

In Jeremiah 1:4-8, God spoke to Jeremiah, and gave answers to battles in his life:

Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD

PROPHETIC WARFARE PRAYER
REFERENCE: ROMANS 6:6- Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

THANKSGIVING
(Philemon 1:6- That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus).
• Thank you Father for my old man was crucified with Jesus on the cross.
• Thank you Father for making me free from sin so that I am no longer bound by it.

ENFORCING COMPLIANCE
(1Timothy 1:18- This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare).
• My old man was crucified with Christ and my body of sin was destroyed so that I will no longer serve sin. Every evidence in my life that negates the crucifixion of my body of sin, I stop you in the name of Jesus.
• I am dead indeed unto sin and alive unto God through Jesus Christ. Every manifestation in my life that makes it seem like I am alive to sin, I stop you in the name of Jesus.

DECREE AND PROPHESY YOUR EXPECTATION
(Ezekiel 37:7, 10- So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise…).
• I decree that my body of sin has been destroyed with Christ. I am no longer a servant of sin.

CHECK HOW MUCH YOU CAN REMEMBER FROM TODAY’S MEDITATION.
1. What is today’s scripture for meditation?
2. What benefits of practicing the consciousness of God’s presence have you discovered today?
3. What have you discovered about the Holy Spirit today?
4. What have you discovered about the Christ Generation believer today?

Meditating on what you have studied today is what will establish its manifestation in your life. Meditate on these points throughout today so you can gain deeper revelations for your profiting. (…that thy profiting may appear unto all, 1Timothy 4:15).

TESTIMONY
HEALED OF INFLAMMED/ENLARGED TONSILS (ADENOIDS)
I gave birth to my son in 2015. When he turned a year and few months, I noticed he had difficulty in breathing; he would gasp for breath all the time as if about to suffocate. I visited the hospital and my son was diagnosed of tonsil. The doctors suggested an operation but I did not agree to that because he was too young and tender to undergo any operation. Drugs were prescribed for him and I tried as much as possible to get my son the quality antibiotics recommended which were very expensive. My son found it hard to breathe when asleep; he suffered serious cough and flu very often. Before he ate or swallowed any food, he would cough first. His condition deteriorated as time went by. I kept managing his situation until I decided to attend Early Satisfaction programme 2021. I got him registered in the Healing School and there, Pastor Samuel Osaghae ministered to him and anointed him. Pastor Samuel Osaghae said he would pray for me as well so I could see what God has done for my son, so that I can witness the miracle by myself since he was too young to testify. As Pastor Samuel Osaghae ministered to me, I was slain in the Spirit and while slain, I saw someone walk towards my son, cut my son’s throat open, remove the growth and throw it to the ground and then seal his throat back. The person told that the growth was responsible for his condition; but now that it had been cut off, he would be able to breathe normally. When I regained consciousness, I began to thank and worship God for my son’s healing. No more growth. He now breathes, without difficulty, through his nose, with his mouth closed. God is great indeed.
